Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief them on relevant property units
• Conduct demonstrations and site visits to potential clients
• Follow up with clients to manage evolving requirements and maintain relationships
• Generate leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals
• Meet daily KPIs including calls and meetings
• Develop deep product knowledge and familiarity with local routes and sites

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales
• Graduation or Masters degree or equivalent
• Strong customer interaction and rapport building skills
• Proficiency in sales pitching and company presentations
• Excellent time management and meeting preparation skills
• Ability to work in Islamabad
