Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the main local point of contact for OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers to carry out agreements.
• Process RFQs and establish and submit accurate quotes.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding cost-relevant issues such as warranty claims and logistic premium costs.
• Monitor timing and costs for project-related sales topics, including accounts receivables.
• Support project management systems, GPMS GATE reviews, LBP preparation, and monthly accrual calculations.
• Manage customer data within the Yazaki Systems Technologies ERP system and utilize customer supplier portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar sales or account management position.
• Extensive user skills in SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
• A customer-oriented service approach.
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
