Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to international travelers in a fast-paced airport environment
• Provide product expertise by explaining features and benefits across multiple VF brands
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
• Support daily operational tasks including stock replenishment, stockroom organization, and POS transactions
• Ensure compliance with all store procedures and airport security requirements

Requirements

• Fluency in English and either Danish or Swedish
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Proactive and flexible approach to working in a dynamic retail setting
• Genuine interest in outdoor, lifestyle, fashion, and performance brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Additional language skills to assist international travelers
