Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an unforgettable shopping experience
• Develop deep product knowledge and share expertise with customers and junior team members
• Act as a buddy to new employees to support their onboarding and integration
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Follow all operational procedures for the store and warehouse
• Support the management team with store opening and closing duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
• Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and the brand
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
