Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience
• Develop deep product knowledge and share expertise with junior team members
• Support the onboarding and integration of new hires
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand directives
• Stay updated on current market trends and brand positioning
• Follow all operational procedures for the store and warehouse
• Assist the management team with store opening and closing processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and oral)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

• Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector
