About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and inform customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Determine specific customer needs and provide expert product advice
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through high-quality service
- Maintain the stand according to The North Face and department store standards
- Manage merchandising, folding, and cleanliness of the display area
- Handle merchandise reception, control, and daily stock replenishment
- Report daily sales figures to headquarters and coordinate stock levels with managers
Requirements
- Proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and adapt to different customers
- Genuine interest in active lifestyles, fashion, and retail trends
- Ability to learn quickly and embrace new challenges
- Proficiency in English is a significant plus
