Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
• Engage with prospective buyers and investors to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and follow up regularly to maximize conversions
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while ensuring a smooth sales process
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to support sales initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
