Sales Specialist, Modernization

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, respond to, and win modernization projects by preparing bid responses and negotiating contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers and local market consultants
• Support Business Development and Account Managers in capital planning efforts for existing maintenance clients
• Provide technical elevator consultation and customized product recommendations through job site visits
• Oversee the sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals, and tracking projects to completion
• Coordinate with field management to implement modernization sales installation processes

Requirements

• Proven industry experience with modernization projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interfacing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical computer software
• Excellent presentation skills for both in-person and virtual meetings
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience within the elevator industry
