About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, respond to, and win modernization projects by managing the full sales cycle from bid identification to negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers and local vertical transportation consultants.
  • Support Business Development and Account Managers in capital planning efforts for existing maintenance clients.
  • Provide elevator consultation and customized product recommendations through on-site job visits.
  • Coordinate with field management to implement modernization sales installation processes and ensure project quality.
  • Oversee job details, including contract documents, approvals, layouts, and tracking progress to completion.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interfacing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a technical environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience within the elevator industry.
