Sales Specialist Milwaukee Fire & Rescue

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire professional fire departments, rescue organizations, and relevant end-users with Milwaukee products
• Conduct excellent product demonstrations and on-site consultations to generate purchase interest
• Convert interest into sales through specialized dealers
• Build and maintain a network of key decision-makers through active networking and new customer acquisition
• Independently plan and execute local and regional customer events and trade fairs
• Maintain diligent documentation of activities and provide accurate reporting
• Collaborate effectively with product management and marketing teams

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, additional qualification, or a university degree
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and structures within fire departments and rescue services
• Proven professional experience in the sales of technical products
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site appointments 4 days per week
• Residency within the target region (Central Germany)
• Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset and ability to close sales
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to work occasional weekends by prior arrangement
