Sales Specialist- Methods & Tools

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standardized sales processes, guidelines, systems, and tools to ensure continuity.
• Align with cross-functional stakeholders on updates to sales directives, commercial policies, and toolkit templates.
• Drive process optimization across the sales toolset and related systems.
• Manage sales tools including CRM, ERP customer data, B2B platforms, contract management, KPIs, and reporting/analytics.
• Develop custom Power BI dashboards and Power Apps to support sales accounts, reporting, and data quality.
• Train users on sales tools and provide ongoing user support.
• Coordinate cross-functionally on customer communication and align with Finance and Purchasing on data feeds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical or business field.
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing databases and associated applications.
• Proven experience managing system changes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience leading database versioning and update processes to ensure data integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with analysts to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
