Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments through personalized customer interactions
• Provide in-depth product expertise and tailored solutions
• Educate customers on the competitive landscape and Lucid advantages
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
• Manage sales pipeline and track interactions using Salesforce CRM
• Conduct vehicle test drives and articulate key selling points
• Facilitate end-to-end transactions including financing, leasing, and documentation
• Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams for successful vehicle delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Experience with retail automotive sales and desking highly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and perform retail tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of a secondary language
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals
• Deep passion for electric vehicles and the premium automotive market
