About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial contact to successful vehicle delivery
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored product solutions
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Perform test drives and articulate vehicle selling points
- Facilitate transactions including financing, leasing applications, and payment processing
- Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in a commission-based environment
- Experience with retail automotive sales and desking is highly desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with no recent suspensions
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of a secondary language
- Deep passion for electric vehicles and the premium automotive market
