Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial contact to successful vehicle delivery
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored product solutions based on customer requirements
• Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Perform test drives and articulate key selling points of Lucid vehicles
• Facilitate financial transactions, including leasing and financing applications
• Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers
• Maintain regular communication with customers during the vehicle waiting period

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Experience in retail automotive sales and desking is highly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with no recent suspensions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of a secondary language
• Deep passion for electric vehicles and the premium automotive market
• Experience with automotive market dynamics and financial principles
