Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial contact to successful vehicle delivery
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored product solutions based on in-depth product expertise
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and track customer interactions using Salesforce CRM
• Facilitate transactions including financing, leasing applications, and payment processing
• Conduct vehicle test drives and articulate key selling points to customers
• Maintain regular communication with customers during the vehicle waiting period

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Experience with retail automotive sales and desking is highly desired
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with no recent suspensions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and perform retail-related tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of a secondary language
• Deep passion for electric vehicles and the premium automotive market
