Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to ensure a respectful and memorable shopping experience
• Maintain deep product knowledge and share expertise with customers and team members
• Act as a point of contact and support for new employees during their onboarding process
• Uphold merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and the brand's market positioning
• Follow all operational procedures within the store and stockroom
• Assist the leadership team with opening and closing procedures when required

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement
• Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and the Kipling brand
