Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to ensure a respectful and memorable shopping experience
• Maintain deep product knowledge and share expertise with the sales team
• Act as a mentor and point of contact for new employees during their onboarding process
• Uphold merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and the brand's market positioning
• Follow all operational procedures for the retail store and stockroom
• Support the management team with opening and closing procedures when required

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Background in fashion or lifestyle retail is highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
