About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify potential institutional clients and communicate the full range of services and products to them
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients
- Work with Trading, Marketing, Strategy, and Technology teams to develop offerings for the APAC client base
- Cross-sell services to institutional clients
- Travel to join client meetings and represent the firm externally
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales or sales trading in capital markets covering institutions
- Strong understanding of the complexities of the Chinese market
- Fluency in English and native Mandarin Chinese required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities and think strategically
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in ETF and/or bonds
- Understanding of Equities or Fixed income
