Sales Specialist, Infusion Therapies & Platforms

Responsibilities

• Identify incremental business opportunities and develop relevant growth strategies within the QLD territory
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical, nursing, pharmacy, and procurement professionals
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Corporate Accounts teams on territory management
• Provide market intelligence and data to maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace
• Coordinate and deliver clinical education and ongoing training during product trials and implementations
• Provide continuous product support throughout the complete product life cycle
• Ensure all customer-facing product information is approved by Marketing and Medical Affairs

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, specifically regarding technical and conceptual information
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Valid QLD Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel and adapt working hours as required to meet business needs
