Sales Specialist Immunology

Responsibilities

• Provide competent advice and support to relevant Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and hospital segment customers
• Build and maintain intensive, sustainable customer relationships through in-person and digital channels
• Conduct target-oriented, substantive dialogues focused on customer benefits and patient value
• Manage the assigned region independently, including account analysis, route planning, and CRM documentation
• Participate in trade fairs and congresses, and coordinate specialist training events and presentations
• Report regularly to sales management regarding territory activities and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a "pharmaceutical sales representative" (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in) qualification
• 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector
• Deep understanding of the local healthcare economy and ability to identify key players in Dermatology
• Proficiency in German and conversational English
• Valid driver's license (class 3/B) and willingness to travel very frequently
• A "patient first" value system

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the Dermatology therapeutic area
