About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to drive high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strategic relationships to identify customer business goals and deliver appropriate value proposition sales solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals.
- Manage and monitor sales pipelines and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align supplier strategies with customer needs to maximize profitable growth and expansion.
- Lead negotiations on medium-sized, complex accounts and manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks.
- Create and execute business plans that align customer, vendor, and company goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex territories or strategic accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience working with Japanese customers.
