Responsibilities

- Maintain and monitor sales pipelines and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align supplier strategies with customer needs to maximize profitable growth and expansion.
- Manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.
- Execute business plans within an assigned territory or account base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Less than 2 years of professional experience.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- General awareness of business, financials, and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Experience working with Japanese customers.
