Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver racks and build product displays to encourage customer purchases
• Prospect for new business and sell incremental space or displays
• Develop and maintain strong trade relationships with customers
• Utilize Planograms (POGs) to optimize product visibility and shelving placement
• Ensure sales tag integrity through regular inspection and proper placement
• Communicate daily and weekly updates to Area and District Sales Managers
• Identify and report potential service issues
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or merchandising
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
• Must live in the local geographic area to ensure reasonable commute times

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college education
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish
