Sales Specialist, Fusion

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and drive new, upsell, and cross-sell sales opportunities for Fusion and other emerging technology solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Representatives in co-selling motions to expand technology adoption within existing accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating product features, use cases, and business outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead strategic planning, technical discovery, and value-based selling to accelerate revenue growth.
• Manage and report accurate sales forecasts while maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.
• Lead or support complex customer negotiations, including pricing, packaging, and multi-stakeholder contract discussions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions sales, or technical sales roles.
• 3+ years of experience selling complex software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
• Proven experience working in a matrixed sales environment alongside account teams and technical specialists.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss complex software configurations and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling emerging, innovative, or advanced technology solutions.
• Background in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or adjacent industries.
• Experience supporting proofs of concept (POCs) and technical discovery sessions.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and ROI-driven sales motions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
