Sales Specialist, Fusion

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and drive new, upsell, and cross-sell sales opportunities for Emerging Technologies solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Representatives in co-selling motions to expand technology adoption within existing accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Fusion, articulating product features, use cases, and business outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow new revenue and increase market penetration.
• Lead technical discovery, value-based storytelling, and complex negotiations to close multi-stakeholder deals.
• Manage and report accurate sales forecasts while maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions sales, or technical sales roles.
• 3+ years of experience selling complex software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to discuss complex product configurations and business outcomes.
• Proven expertise in value-based selling, ROI modeling, and outcome-based sales motions.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling emerging, innovative, or advanced technology solutions.
• Background in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or adjacent industries.
• Experience supporting proofs of concept (POCs) and technical discovery sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
