About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet company and personal sales goals by upholding Frette’s selling ceremonies
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high-level client service
  • Capture client data via CRM to develop rapport and generate lasting relationships
  • Handle client inquiries across email, phone, WhatsApp, and messaging
  • Perform sales and register transactions including cash and credit processing
  • Create quotes and coordinate bespoke orders or alterations
  • Execute white glove services including home consultations and installations
  • Execute daily operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
  • Maintain visual standards, including VM rotations and cleanliness
  • Participate in shipment processing and bi-annual inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design
  • Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and use ladders safely
