Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with Diamond Club members to cultivate long-term loyalty
• Build a personal book of business through proactive clienteling, networking, and referrals
• Identify new opportunities within the luxury trade community, including designers and architects
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through entrepreneurial business development
• Deliver personalized client experiences and bespoke proposals
• Maintain accurate client profiles and capture meaningful insights
• Execute boutique operations including cash handling, reporting, and inventory management
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist with merchandise shipments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, or luxury real estate
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and exceed sales targets
• Strong passion for design, interiors, and luxury lifestyle
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within the luxury retail, interior design, or architecture industries
• Cultural fluency and appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury travel
