Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with Diamond Club members and luxury trade professionals
- Build a personal book of business through proactive clienteling and networking
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through entrepreneurial business development
- Deliver personalized client experiences and bespoke proposals
- Represent the Frette brand through boutique events and community engagement
- Execute the Frette selling ceremony and provide expert product storytelling
- Support daily boutique operations including cash handling, reporting, and inventory management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique maintenance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, or luxury real estate
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and exceed sales targets
- Passion for design, interiors, and luxury lifestyle
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
