Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service experiences reflecting luxury and hospitality standards
• Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty
• Support clienteling initiatives through personalized outreach and relationship management
• Communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship, and quality effectively
• Process sales transactions, special orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual merchandising, and floor presentations
• Assist with receiving merchandise shipments and stockroom organization

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, or luxury real estate preferred
• Passion for luxury living, craftsmanship, and design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
