About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service experiences reflecting luxury and hospitality standards
- Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty
- Support clienteling initiatives through personalized outreach and relationship management
- Communicate brand heritage, craftsmanship, and quality effectively
- Process sales transactions, special orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, visual merchandising, and floor presentations
- Assist with receiving merchandise shipments and stockroom organization
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, or luxury real estate preferred
- Passion for luxury living, craftsmanship, and design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
