About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across senior living communities
- Train and coach sales adjacent staff including Concierge and Director teams
- Manage the Sherpa database and improve daily sales strategy execution
- Conduct community tours and recommend improvements to the tour experience
- Perform sales calls to potential residents and referral sources
- Maintain CRM database accuracy for potential referral sources and appointments
- Manage referral relationships with services like A Place for Mom and Caring.com
- Research local competition and market trends
- Travel 100% to various community locations in the portfolio
Requirements
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
- Background in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living
- Expertise in relationship selling and closing techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust and manage client emotions
