Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B customers in the take-away and ready-meals sector
• Build and maintain sustainable, long-term customer relationships
• Develop and implement market and customer strategies focused on growth
• Analyze customer needs and develop suitable packaging solutions
• Provide consultation, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Monitor market and competition to derive sales measures
• Present the portfolio at trade fairs, events, and client sites
• Support simple on-site service and maintenance activities
• Maintain sales data and perform regular reporting
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and field sales teams

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in packaging, food, or gastronomy
• Experience in or proximity to the gastronomy sector is an advantage
• Strong closing skills and enjoyment in individual customer consulting
• Ability to quickly learn new products and solutions
• Fluency in French, very good English, and preferably German
• Independent, target-oriented working style with a hunter mentality
• Team player mindset
