Sales Specialist-Digital Solutions (Middle East)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales, financial, and customer targets while mentoring and motivating Baxter distributors.
• Plan and implement sales operating plans to identify revenue and growth opportunities within the Middle East.
• Build and foster long-term relationships with new and existing hospital customers.
• Engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers through product showcases and hands-on demonstrations.
• Proactively identify and follow up on new business opportunities to drive digital connectivity adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Support, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop commercial proposals and maintain accurate sales and customer data in internal systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences, or similar).
• Proven background in medical device sales.
• Direct exposure to digital and connectivity solutions within a hospital environment.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East region approximately 40% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
