About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing customer base while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Queensland territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor, managing complex equipment projects from planning through to installation.
- Provide consultative sales support and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and commercial targets are achieved.
- Train and upskill internal teams on product knowledge and clinical applications.
- Use CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce and Pronto) to manage sales activity.
- Travel within the assigned territory, which may include regional trips and attendance at dental expos.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the dental industry with knowledge of products, equipment, and clinical applications.
- 1-2 years of consultative sales experience, ideally within the dental, medical, or allied health sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s licence.
