Sales Specialist - Corporate Solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert in client meetings to address objections and provide commercial clarity regarding remuneration and governance products.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to strategize on key opportunities and develop new business.
• Master ISS-Corporate SaaS solutions, including Executive Compensation Benchmarking and Pay-for-Performance modeling.
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Advisory teams to suggest enhancements for products and sales processes.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to ensure offerings align with emerging market needs and regulatory trends.
• Stay updated on global remuneration and governance trends, including SRD II and proxy voting guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing or technical role (e.g., remuneration consulting, governance advisory, or sales engineering).
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and remuneration frameworks, such as incentive plan design (STI/LTI) and disclosure requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, enterprise software, or financial data platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex methodologies to General Counsels and HR Directors.
• Fluency in both German and English.
