About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Queensland territory by developing new business and maintaining existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
- Engage with key stakeholders, including hospital pharmacy teams, clinicians, and nurse unit managers, to build trust
- Provide product in-servicing and technical knowledge for Baxter Infusor/Intermate devices
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to implement growth strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting
- Represent Baxter at industry conferences, tradeshows, and special interest group meetings
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales or account management
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage complex tenders and present technical information confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Science, Management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Familiarity with value-added selling techniques and healthcare environments
