About the role
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leads
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain client records in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support customer acquisition and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic
