About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage multichannel interactions with customers via showroom, phone, email, and chat
  • Present vehicles, commercial offers, and services to guide customers through the purchase process
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and conclude commercial negotiations
  • Support customers during vehicle delivery, explaining vehicle features and contract details
  • Manage back-office and after-sales activities in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Propose improvements to the offer and service in collaboration with management

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in private customer sales
  • Experience in the automotive sector or a strong personal passion for cars is a plus
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a customer portfolio autonomously
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet company objectives
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
