About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage multichannel interactions with customers via showroom visits, phone, email, and chat
  • Present vehicles, commercial offers, and services to guide customers through the purchase process
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, conduct negotiations, and close deals
  • Support back-office and after-sales activities in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Propose improvements to offerings and services in collaboration with area management

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous B2C sales experience
  • Previous experience in the automotive sector or a strong personal passion for cars
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a customer portfolio autonomously
  • Result-oriented mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
