About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multichannel interactions with customers via showroom visits, phone, email, and chat
- Present vehicles, commercial offers, and services to guide customers through the purchase process
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, conduct negotiations, and close deals
- Support back-office and after-sales activities in collaboration with relevant departments
- Propose improvements to offerings and services in collaboration with area management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous B2C sales experience
- Previous experience in the automotive sector or a strong personal passion for cars
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a customer portfolio autonomously
- Result-oriented mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM systems
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
