Rize is a groundbreaking rent-now-pay-later platform reshaping the rental landscape in Saudi Arabia. We are a technology-driven team dedicated to making rentals more accessible and affordable, enabling tenants to manage their finances with ease and landlords to secure their income effortlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, brokerage offices, and property developers
  • Promote RNPL solutions to accelerate leasing and increase partner revenue
  • Drive B2B2C sales, negotiate agreements, and onboard new partners
  • Grow existing accounts through higher usage, expansion, and upselling
  • Train and enable partners to maximize adoption and performance
  • Monitor and improve application, approval, and contract conversion rates
  • Manage sales pipeline and partner relationships through CRM systems
  • Conduct regular partner meetings and achieve monthly sales and partnership targets
  • Perform daily field visits to real estate brokers and developers

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales, partnership management, or account management experience
  • Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, FinTech, or leasing is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Native or fluent Arabic and strong professional English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving partner growth
  • Experience presenting solution-based products and managing the full sales cycle
