Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote specific territory brand(s) to achieve sales goals and market share within ethical and compliance requirements
• Design and implement brand promotional plans to meet individual and organizational targets
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with external stakeholders and healthcare professionals
• Provide detailed product information and respond quickly to stakeholder feedback and market trends
• Collect and analyze competitor information and market intelligence using BI and other internal systems
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Key Account Management (KAM) teams to execute integrated promotional plans
• Participate in required certifications, product training, and sales skill development

Requirements

• College degree or above; a background in medical or pharmacy-related fields is preferred
• At least 3 years of related working experience in sales or marketing
• Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Proven ability in analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent presentation and computer skills
• Proactive attitude, teamwork mindset, and high level of integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Representative (MR) with a track record of targeting Medical Oncologists or Urologists
