About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities within the company's strategic framework and ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory rules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities through regular visits.
  • Achieve annual sales targets, order intake goals, and other key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage daily business operations, including technical support, contract signing, order placement, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Organize and facilitate product presentations, technical training, and technical exchanges for clients.
  • Provide regular market analysis reports, including forecasts and intelligence on competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Track new shipbuilding projects and collaborate with domestic and international teams to influence stakeholders and win projects.
  • Assist application engineers with technical support for the department and its customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Thermal Power, or related fields such as turbomachinery.
  • 5 or more years of professional work experience.
  • Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of market awareness.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience within the maritime or engine sectors.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles in industrial environments.
