Sales Solutions Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and detailed quotations for CRL Fallbrook projects, ensuring accuracy in pricing, scope, specifications, and timelines
• Manage the project lifecycle from quote through order execution, maintaining clear ownership and timely follow-up
• Coordinate with customers, sales, customer service, manufacturing, and other internal teams to clarify project requirements
• Review drawings, specifications, product details, and customer requirements to support accurate estimating
• Track active quotes and pipeline activity to support conversion of pending opportunities into secured orders
• Provide timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders regarding quotation status, project updates, and lead times
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting speed, customer responsiveness, and project handoff processes

Requirements

• Experience in estimating, inside sales, customer service, project coordination, or related roles in glass, glazing, entrance systems, interior partitions, building products, manufacturing, or construction
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, customer requirements, and basic technical documentation
• Experience preparing quotations and validating pricing details
• Strong customer-focused communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used for quoting or order entry
