Sales & Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Secure new customer wins by maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide technical product overviews and insights into customer needs and use cases
• Position competitive offers and solutions within the context of customer experiences
• Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations for accurate cost forecasting
• Act as a key technical point of contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team
• Organize group and individual training sessions on specialized topics
• Stay updated on the latest cloud operations and pricing developments

Requirements

• Native-level Finnish and fluent English (B2)
• 3-6 years of experience in technology sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Strong understanding of cloud technology and computing trends
• Cloud Fundamentals certification required upon hiring
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• EU passport required
