Sales & Showroom Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Online and Business Development Manager in executing sales processes and showroom operations
• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and face-to-face to assist with sales, part-exchanges, and purchase enquiries
• Oversee inventory management, product packaging, and delivery coordination
• Process warranty claims efficiently and collaborate with logistics and service departments
• Manage and nurture the customer enquiry pipeline to maximize sales conversion rates
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience during showroom visits and provide post-sales support
• Maintain office supplies and ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience in sales and client interaction, preferably in luxury retail or a high-end environment
• A genuine interest in luxury watches
• Experience working with KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and service levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft applications
• Fluent English and a good level of German or Swiss German
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills
