Sales Shift Lead

Driving Academy provides affordable, state-approved classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons for people aspiring to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Our mission is to help students get on the Road to Freedom through accountability, results, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify needs and suggest appropriate programs
• Maintain outbound and inbound phone volume to set sales appointments
• Conduct sales presentations within the office environment
• Process payments via cash, check, or credit card
• Field customer questions and complaints with appropriate action
• Instruct new students on classroom and school procedures
• Ensure documentation and service requests comply with organizational and state/federal policy
• Utilize CRM to maintain detailed reports of sales activities and customer relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including inside sales and telecom sales
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software
• Proficiency with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
