Sales & Service Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Process and evaluate customer inquiries and leads within the service sector
• Create and coordinate technical offers and RFQs, including upgrades
• Provide technical clarification for process and performance questions
• Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support for the service organization
• Support project kick-offs and the organization of commissioning processes
• Conduct and evaluate spin tests and on-site tests
• Coordinate with internal departments to track technical schedules
• Assist in handling technical complaints and service-specific product sales

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
• Ideally experienced in after-sales support or technical sales
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English (French is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% within Austria for customer visits and commissioning
