Sales & Service Representative (Universal Banker)

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and handle customer service requests within the branch.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities by asking insightful questions.
• Identify client needs and refer them to the appropriate bank partners or specialists.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risk.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for all deposit-related functions.
• Complete all required training and perform general office management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of recent banking experience (ideally as a Bank Teller or Universal Banker).
• 1+ years of recent, high-volume cash-handling experience ($USD).
• Previous sales experience.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage proactively in conversation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new information and banking technology.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and build cross-functional relationships.
