Responsibilities
- Process transactions and handle customer service requests within the branch
- Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities for bank partners
- Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and resources
- Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational risk
- Ensure transaction accuracy and maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Financial literacy
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales
