Sales Service Representative II (Consumer Fragrance)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and responsive support.
• Provide efficient and accurate customer support to resolve issues with diplomacy and minimal disruption.
• Manage project coordination and prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines.
• Utilize data, analysis, and experience to make informed strategic decisions.
• Handle financial processes including quotes, pricing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Communicate assertively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Service and/or Supply Chain Customer Service.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong financial skills related to pricing and budgeting.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a local relevant language is a plus.
