Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process branch transactions and customer service requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities by asking insightful questions
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and resources
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational and financial risk
• Complete required training by established deadlines and perform general office management duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service
• Financial literacy
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales
